Yosmila Pinerez

M.S., BCBA – Clinical Director

Yosmila is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong academic foundation
and a deep commitment to the well-being of children and their families. She completed
her Master’s in Behavior Analysis Practice at the Florida Institute of Technology (2024)
and holds degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Education, giving her a broad and
integrated understanding of child development.


For more than a decade, she has worked in clinical, school, community, and home
settings, designing and implementing individualized intervention plans that help
children build functional, communication, and social skills. Her experience includes roles
as a BCBA, RBT, and as a school teacher.


Families often describe her as knowledgeable, direct, and deeply dedicated. To Yosmila,
every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and capable, and every family deserves
respectful and clear guidance throughout the therapeutic process.


As Clinical Director, she leads with ethics, sensitivity, and an evidence-based approach,
ensuring that every service provided is high-quality and truly meaningful for the families
she serves.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence‑based ABA services directly in homes and schools, where children learn best. We partner closely with families and educators to create individualized treatment plans that honor each child’s strengths, support their daily routines, and promote meaningful, lasting growth.
